How to remove fake tan from a carpet

I would like to share this amazing and simple trick for getting rid of fake tan from a carpet.

I googled how to do it but did not find there was much help.  I called some professionals who pretty much said my carpet was ruined...No-one knew what to do, so this is why I want to share how I sorted my carpet out...

Hydrogen peroxide, 6% bought from any chemist.

Obviously do a test patch somewhere inconspicuous. Wait at least 12 hours.

Once you are sure your carpet can handle it,

Just pour the hydrogen peroxide on the stain.

I did this on a cream carpet that I had turned yellow, nothing would make it come out, steam cleaners (cost me $120) and didn't do anything! Vanish carpet stain remover, lemon juice, vinegar etc etc...

I rang another steam cleaner and he quoted me $300 to "try" and remove the stain, but then he mistakenly told me that he was going to try hydrogen peroxide on it. So instead of paying him $300, I went to the chemist and bought some liquid hydrogen peroxide for $6.00.

The hydrogen peroxide worked like a dream and now my carpet looks fresh as a daisy.

I hope you have found this useful and informative.
